About/Contact Me

I have been covering South Florida Sports since 2008 back when not many people were covering the teams down here. I’ve been credentialed to cover games for teams like the Miami Heat, the Miami Marlins, the Florida Panthers, and the Fort Lauderdale Strikers.

During this time I’ve also appeared in numerous radio shows to talk about not only South Florida Sports but also about United States Soccer.

I started my sports writing career writing a blog about the Miami Heat, a team I closely cover since the 2007-2008 season. Since then, my Miami Heat blog moved and became a complete Miami Heat news website with sprinkles of NBA news.

In 2009 I decided to opened up 90 Minutes Strong, a blog that focus on news from the NASL, MLS, Women’s Soccer, and Local Soccer.

With 90 Minutes Strong, I have been covering the Fort Lauderdale Strikers of the North American Soccer League for the past two seasons, started my third this season.

Aside from the sites I’ve created, I am also the sports editor of The Boca Raton Tribune, a community newspaper in Boca Raton, FL.

You can contact me via the contact form below, or you can follow me on twitter, or like my page on facebook. (I will most likely reply to you quicker via twitter anyways)

My Websites

I am a sportswriter who currently has three websites in which I created and write for. All three have great daily views and fantastic social media presence.

Bellow are the three sites in which I write for, and am the editor of:

Crank Up The HEAT is where we cover the NBA and the Miami HEAT. I started this site back in 2007 and I have been growing in readership ever since. After every Miami HEAT game of the 2010 NBA Season, I wrote a game recap in which my readers enjoyed and looked forward to after every game.

90 Minutes Strong is the other site in which I cover MLS and the NASL. I started the site during the 2010 World Cup, but I still have a solid readership that enjoys my points of views, my opinions, and my recaps.

Live From The 305 is a site I started with my friend David Verjano. Live From The 305 provides a unique balance of content that separates it from the excessive extravagance of sports infotainment blogs and the “cookie cutter” coverage of newspaper sites. The site will delve into stories that are beyond the box score and offer in-depth analysis of relevant Miami sports stories. Rather than wasting time on game recaps, Live From The 305 will deliver lasting, insightful coverage.
